Do I need a subscription to use the Cerret bracelet?
No. No subscription, no recurring fees. You buy the wristband, download the free app, and start using it. That's it.
How does the alert work?
Pressing the button twice immediately triggers an automatic call to your trusted contacts, as well as a text message sharing your real-time live location for 48 hours.
How many contacts can I add?
Up to 5 trusted contacts. You can edit them at any time from the Cerret app.
Does the bracelet work abroad?
Yes, anywhere your phone has a signal. Your contacts will receive the alert no matter where they are in the world.
What if I press it by accident?
The emergency button must be pressed twice to activate the bracelet, making it harder to send an alert by accident. We also designed the bracelet to ensure the button does not protrude (it aligns with the wristband), even if you lean against something or rest your arm on a surface. You have a 15-minute window to cancel the alert from the app
Is the bracelet water-resistant?
Yes. The bracelet’s ingress protection (IP) rating is IP53, making it water-resistant. That means you can wear your
bracelet in the rain, but not in the shower and certainly not in the bath or a pool. A little splashing on the bracelet is
fine, but immersion risks damage
How do you charge the bracelet?
It is not rechargeable. It runs on a standard CR1216 button cell battery, available at most retail stores, which lasts between 24 and 30 months. You can replace it yourself in 30 seconds, without any special tools.
What is the return policy?
The product warranty covers technical defects worldwide for one year.
How long does delivery take?
